"Time went by and when I began thinking about Trio Norté my first choices were Bill and Sasha. I feel very lucky to be collaborating with such talented musicians." - Lenny Solomon

You know the haunting sounds of Spanish guitar, Gypsy violin, Tango Accordion. Together these three instruments, played by masters, create not just beautiful sounds, but a mood that delights any audience.
Trio Norté blends the heat of classic Flamenco sound, joy of Latin rhythms, vivacity of Klezmer and the beloved stylings of Jazz. Trio Norte brings with them a very personal passion for these musical traditions.
The relationship between Bill Bridges, the guitarist in Trio Norté, and Lenny Solomon goes back a number of years to their involvement in the unique ensemble Quintessence. This was a Canadian group based in Toronto consisting of string quartet and guitar. Bill and Lenny developed a great musical relationship during their stay with the group and have continued their collaboration in Trio Norté with the help of the brilliant Russian accordionist Sasha Luminsky. In December 2000, Lenny and Sasha both showed up on a Klezmer 'gig' and Lenny was immediately impressed with this new accordion player on the scene.
Trio Norte has performed across Canada and the United States, and their "Festival Of Legs" music video for Fernanda was a #1 video on Bravo-TV 2003
